Application Process

- Log in to the Builder Account on City Inspect to begin a new application
- Complete all required permit fields and upload PDF plan sets and supporting documents
- For new commercial and new single family permits, the city uses a packet review process where all departments review in parallel
- Monitor comments in the portal, correct documents when the application is returned for updates, and resubmit
- When all review tabs are green, the application moves to pending, fees become available, and the permit can be issued after payment
- Request inspections through the Builder Account; next-day requests must be entered by 3 pm
