Application Process

- Francis checks zoning compliance and forwards the package to the building inspector for plan review and permit fee calculation.
- After approval, the city notifies the applicant, collects permit fees plus applicable impact, hookup, and road bond charges, and issues the permit.
- Complete required inspections, utility installation steps, and final inspection to obtain the certificate of occupancy.
