  • Prefabricated above-ground swimming pools not exceeding 2 feet depth
  • Portable spa with cord and plug, not hard-wired
  • Window awnings projecting no more than 54 inches
  • Repair/maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems, except furnace, AC, water heater
  • Adding a layer of shingles, subject to city reroof limits
