Application Process

  1. Confirm the project scope and whether city permit packets or checklists apply. The city posts residential new-construction, commercial new-construction, and commercial remodel/finish-out packets.

  7. Schedule inspections in CityWorks. Inspection requests must be received by 7:30 p.m. the prior day to be included on the day's schedule.
