General Requirements

No one may erect, construct, add to, or remodel any building or structure without first applying to and obtaining a permit from the Building Committee. Permits are required for new home construction, remodeling, permanent fences, outbuildings over 200 square feet, pools and in-ground spas, any item regulated by the IRC, new roofing, retaining walls, decks over 200 square feet, storm shelters, and carports.
