Application Process
- Contact the Township if needed to confirm whether a permit is required for the proposed work.
- Download and complete the residential or commercial permit application and plot plan packet.
- Submit the application with construction cost, property information, contractor details, plot plan, and any York County Conservation District acknowledgement required for NPDES-covered work.
- Township plan review proceeds; the residential application states plan review may take up to 15 business days.
- Pay applicable review and permit fees and obtain the permit before starting work; the application states permits are not issued after 3:30 p.m.
