Application Process

  1. Confirm whether the work is maintenance-only or requires a permit using the Bureau FAQ and the Building Permit Requirements pamphlet.

Certificate of occupancy/compliance reinspections range from $50 to $125 depending on size
Payment note
Review and inspection charges are tracked against the RIF deposit; any balance due must be paid before a certificate of occupancy is issued
