Application Process

  1. Download the Township construction permit application and checklist.
  2. Assemble the required plot plan, construction drawings, workers compensation documents, and any sewage, septic, or highway occupancy approvals.
  3. Submit the completed application to the Township; incomplete packets are not accepted.
  4. Township review is completed after all documentation is received and the applicant is notified of approval or denial.
  5. Complete inspections and obtain final occupancy approval before using the structure.

Permit validity
