Application Process

1. Contact the Code Enforcement Office before starting any construction or alteration to confirm permit needs.
2. Complete the applicable building, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, zoning, occupancy, stormwater, or other code-enforcement form from the forms page.
3. Submit through the Code Enforcement Clerk, and make an appointment if you need to speak directly with an inspector.
4. Pay permit, plan examination, and any licensing fees.
5. Await review and issuance.
6. Schedule inspections and obtain occupancy approval before use.
