- Plan review $175 per hour; engineering review and inspections $200 per hour
- Permit fee formula
- Residential construction is valuation-based; commercial and industrial up to first $100,000 at $50 per $1,000 then $35 per additional $1,000
- Reinspection fee
- Residential dwelling change-of-owner or occupant reinspection prior to issuance $25 per inspection; use certificate third inspection add $25

- Stormwater, grading, engineering, and trade-specific fees may stack depending on scope
