Application Process

- Residential new one and two-family dwellings and residential additions/alterations/repairs $20 per $1,000; commercial new buildings $30 per $1,000 up to $50,000 then $20 per additional $1,000; commercial alterations $50 first $1,000 then $25 per additional $1,000
- Reinspection fee
- Residential reinspection after second failed inspection $100; commercial after second failed inspection $200
