- Building permits are valuation-based; zoning permit flat fee $50; sign permits flat $100; certificates of occupancy are flat plus per-unit charges in some cases

- Electrical permit fees vary by scope and square footage and require contacting Code Enforcement

- Ordinary repairs such as new gutters
- Painting
