Application Process

  1. Determine whether the proposed work requires a permit under the Borough's permit-required list.
  2. Register with e-Collect Plus if required and assemble insurance and application materials.
  3. Submit the Building/Zoning Permit Application or trade-specific form with supporting documents and fees.
  4. Schedule mandatory progress inspections with at least 24 hours notice.
  5. Complete final inspection and obtain occupancy approval where applicable.
