Application Process

  1. Determine the actual municipality where the property sits; do not assume Bucks County itself is the permit issuer.
  2. Check whether that municipality administers the UCC or has opted out.
  3. If the municipality administers locally, file with that municipality or its retained third-party agency.
  4. If the municipality has opted out, use PA L and I for commercial UCC enforcement and the appropriate certified third-party agency for residential UCC work.
