- $100 for residential shed/fence/deck/pool zoning permit; $600 for commercial; $100 per 50 feet for sidewalk/curb/apron
- Plan check fee
- All commercial plan reviews are by approved third-party agency, with applicant responsible for costs above normal permit fee
- Permit fee formula
- Mixed flat fees on zoning forms; commercial plan review above base fee is charged through approved third party as applicable
- Reinspection fee
- No-show inspection fees and reinspection fees apply; all fees must be paid before next inspection can be scheduled
