Application Process

  1. Confirm zoning, ETJ, and fee requirements with the Rockwell Zoning Administrator.
  2. Complete the Rockwell zoning permit application and deliver it to the Zoning Administrator; application must be signed and approved before being considered complete.
  3. After town approval, submit Rowan County building permit application with zoning approval and county backup documents.
