Application Process

  1. Verify zoning compliance with Oak Bluffs Zoning Bylaws; confirm permitted use and dimensions.

  • Cabinet and countertop installation and similar finish work
  • Decks not exceeding 200 square feet in area, not more than 30 inches above grade, when unattached to dwelling and not serving required exit doors

Important: All standard 780 CMR 105.2 exemptions otherwise apply. Exemptions from building permits do NOT exempt work from trade permits, Conservation Commission jurisdiction, or Historic Commission review.
