Application Process

  1. Register for an account on the Civic Access Portal.
  2. Select the appropriate permit type and complete the online application.
  3. Upload required documents (plans, surveys, etc.) in PDF format.
  4. Pay the initial administrative/clerical fee.
  5. TED staff conducts a plan review (Building, Zoning, Engineering, etc.).
