Application Process

  1. Confirm the property is inside Conyers city limits and contact Planning and Inspection Services early, especially for zoning, historic district, subdivision, or variance questions.

  7. After permit issuance, request inspections through the Public Portal or with the department, complete required inspections, and obtain a Certificate of Occupancy after final approval.
