Application Process

  1. Download the Brooks permit application from the town permit page. Brooks requires all permits to be submitted to the Town of Brooks in person at 961 Highway 85 Connector or by U.S. mail to PO Box 96, Brooks, GA 30205.
  2. Submit the town application package with the required copies, ownership information, contractor license copy, site plan, plans, and fee. Brooks requires applicants to certify they have read the town zoning ordinance before applying.
