Application Process

  2. Submit the permit application and required digital documents by email, in person, or through the Chamblee online portal, depending on permit type.

  4. City staff routes the plans for review. The city states a goal of five business days for initial residential review and three business days for residential resubmittals; commercial review goals are up to ten business days initially and five business days for resubmittals.

  7. Receive permit, job card, and approved plans; then schedule inspections online.
