Application Process

  1. Register for a CommunityCore account using the city's Register with Morrow link.
  2. Complete the applicable permit form and gather required license documents, business license, identification, plans, and project-specific checklists.
  3. Submit through CommunityCore, or mail, email, or hand-deliver the package to Planning and Economic Development at Morrow City Hall.
  4. City staff reviews the application and conducts plan review where required.
  5. Pay fees. The city also accepts emailed credit card authorization for fee payment.
  6. Permit is issued after review approval and payment; inspections then proceed through the city.

Penalty (no permit)
Work started without permit is charged at double permit fee, excluding plan review fee.
Payment note
Emailed credit card authorization form is accepted; permit forms may also be mailed, emailed, or delivered in person.
