  3. Submit the package at Lovejoy City Hall between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM Monday-Friday, or at the Community Development Department between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM Monday-Friday, by mail or in person.
  4. Obtain required outside approvals before issuance where applicable, including Clayton Fire Marshal, Clayton County Water Authority, and GSWCC for properties over 1 acre.
  5. After city review and fee confirmation, pay by credit card authorization, in person, or by mail.
  6. Submit inspection requests through the city's online Typeform request link after permit issuance.
