Application Process
- Confirm the parcel is in Wildwood city limits and check whether it is within the Wildwood joint planning area.
- Determine what city approvals are required first, such as zoning, site plan, sign, driveway, ROW, tree, concurrency, or other development approvals through Wildwood Development Services.
- Submit required city development applications through CivicGov or as otherwise directed by Wildwood.
