Work That Does NOT Require a Permit

Important: Even where a county building permit may not be required, Wildwood may still require separate city approvals for zoning, impervious surface, driveway, sign, ROW, tree, or other development-related work.

Inspections

How to Schedule

Typical inspection sequence: Wildwood's business registration packet says the city will not issue a business registration until Development Services approves zoning and the Sumter County building and fire inspectors confirm the property inspections.
