Application Process

  1. Confirm the property is inside St. Lucie Village limits.
  2. Download the village building permit application and any supporting forms from the Building & Permit Forms page.
  3. Complete and notarize the permit application and required supporting forms.
  4. Submit the package by mail or email to the Building Official.
  5. Include owner-builder affidavit, subcontractor list, reroof windstorm forms, Notice of Commencement, or right-of-way forms as applicable.
