Application Process

  1. Confirm the property is within Yankeetown town limits.
  2. For zoning, permits, building inspections, or code enforcement, contact SAFEbuilt at 352-628-7904 or Town Hall at 352-447-2511.
  3. Apply for the town's minor compliance zoning permit before applying for the building permit when the permit packet requires it.
