Application Process

General Requirements
Jacksonville Beach's Building Division states it inspects structures within city limits and issues permits for construction regulated by state and local code. Any person who intends to construct, enlarge, alter, repair, move, demolish, change occupancy, or materially change the use or appearance of a structure or land must register and maintain an active contractor record for permitting privileges.
