- Take that town certification to the Columbia County Building Department for the actual building permit application and issuance.
- After county permit issuance, submit a copy of the Columbia County building permit back to the Town of Fort White.
- If the project includes signage, obtain the separate Town sign permit required by the town's Land Development Code.
