Application Process

  1. Confirm the property is inside Gainesville city limits and identify any zoning, floodplain, historic preservation, or development review constraints.

  3. If applying as an owner-builder, submit through PermitGNV or in person, then appear in person to sign the application and owner-builder affidavits.
