Application Process

  1. Complete the building permit application form provided by Building Safety.
  2. Prepare construction plans or drawings showing scope of work and details.

  5. Submit completed application and plan sets to Building Safety Division at 1090 E. Union St.

  7. Applicant receives plan-review comments or approval notice and fee invoice.
  8. Pay permit fees and obtain permit issuance.
