Arizona Updated March 2026

Important: Mohave County has four incorporated cities: Kingman, Lake Havasu City, Bullhead City, and Colorado City. If your property is inside one of these cities, select your city below — that city's building department handles your permits, not the county. Unincorporated properties use Mohave County Development Services. Properties within the Kaibab, Hualapai, and Fort Mojave Indian Reservations remain under tribal jurisdiction and are not governed by county or city permits.
