Arizona Updated March 2026

Important: La Paz County issues building permits for properties in unincorporated areas of the county. If your property is inside an incorporated town (Parker or Quartzsite), select your town below — that town's building department handles your permits, not the county. Note: Some areas of Parker, especially Parker Central, fall within the Colorado River Indian Tribes (CRIT) reservation boundary and require CRIT permits instead. Verify the reservation boundary before submitting permits.
