  1. Obtain septic approval or construction authorization from Apache County Environmental Services if an on-site wastewater system is planned.
  2. Obtain a 911 address from the county.
  3. Prepare construction plans and site information according to county standards.

  5. County staff reviews the application for completeness.
  6. Pay permit fees after county approval.
  7. Post the permit and address on-site before beginning construction.
  8. Request inspections for each required phase at least 24 hours in advance.
