  3. If located in floodplain, applicant must provide Elevation Certificate and Dry Flood Proofing Certificate from WV Registered Surveyor or Engineer.
  4. Building Code Official reviews for code compliance and zoning conformity.
  5. Permit is issued upon approval.
  6. Applicant schedules inspections via Cloudpermit or by phone.
