Application Process

- Ordinary repairs including paint, wallpaper, cabinetry, floor finishes, many same-location plumbing fixture replacements, same-size window and door replacements in single-family dwellings, non-gas and non-oil appliance replacement, and roofing or siding replacement in single-family dwellings
