  9. Flood plain development: also contact Flood Plain Administrator Scott Meyer as applicable.
  10. For ALL projects requiring a state building permit (commercial, multi-family), file separately with the DFS.
  11. For projects outside FBC district boundaries: no local zoning permit is required. Only state DFS permit (if applicable) and any Act 250 permit are required.
