- Prepare site plan and required supporting documents.
- Submit completed application with fee to the town office.
- If Zoning Board of Adjustment review is required, submit Zoning Board of Adjustment Application per board schedule.
- Vermont's 15-day appeal period applies.
- For public/commercial buildings, file DFS state construction permit.
