  3. Pay permit fee through the Municipay portal on the town website.
  4. The ZA acts within 30 days; permit deemed approved if no action by day 31.
  5. Post permit for the 15-day appeal period before beginning work.
  6. Once construction is underway and the building is staked: notify ZA. ZA will inspect within 3 business days for site-plan conformity.
  7. Upon project completion: apply for Certificate of Occupancy. Provide wastewater compliance documentation. ZA must issue or deny within 10 business days.
