Application Process

  1. Confirm project is in unincorporated Juab County and not within an incorporated municipality boundary.
  2. Verify zoning designation for the parcel with the Zoning Administrator at (435) 623-3400.
  3. If required, obtain a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) from Planning and Zoning before the building permit application.
  4. Obtain an onsite wastewater (septic) permit from the Central Utah Health District (CUHD) if not connected to public sewer. CUHD permits must be in hand before building permit issuance.
