  7. Schedule inspections through county B&Z at (435) 381-5374 with 24 to 48 hours advance notice.
  8. Pass final inspection and receive Certificate of Occupancy.
  9. Note: Town Council meetings are held monthly at Elmo Town Hall, 7:00 to 7:30 PM.

  • Swings and playground equipment accessory to detached one- and two-family dwellings
  • Window awnings supported by exterior wall
  • Agricultural shade cloth structures
