Application Process

  1. Determine permit type and whether the work requires a permit.
  2. Prepare the application package including completed permit application, one set of drawn-to-scale plans plus digital copy, MEP work description or design, and Development Permit Application for new structures or additions.
  3. Submit the package through the CivicGov4 portal, in person, or by mail.
  4. Pay applicable fees.
  5. After approval, obtain the permit and post it on site. Permits and stamped plans must be kept on site and visible from the street.
  6. Request required inspections through the portal or permit office and obtain final approvals before occupancy or closeout.
