Application Process

  3. For Certificate of Compliance: complete the county application with required documents.
  4. Submit the Certificate of Compliance application to the County Judge's Office during posted drop-off hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-12:00 PM and 1:00 PM-5:00 PM). Pay by cashier's check or money order payable to Kinney County.
  5. Wait for issuance. The County Judge's Office forwards the issued Certificate of Compliance directly to the electric company.
