Application Process
- Schedule an appointment with Tillamook County Community Development for permit submittal
- Submit complete application package (incomplete applications will not be accepted)
- County staff reviews for completeness and routes for required approvals
- Upon permit issuance, pick up permit within 5 business days or it will be mailed
- Schedule inspections as needed for foundation, framing, trades, and final approval
- Maintain continuous work; 180-day gaps between inspections will cause permit to expire
