Application Process

  1. Schedule an appointment with Tillamook County Community Development for permit submittal
  2. Submit complete application package (incomplete applications will not be accepted)
  3. County staff reviews for completeness and routes for required approvals
  4. Upon permit issuance, pick up permit within 5 business days or it will be mailed
  5. Schedule inspections as needed for foundation, framing, trades, and final approval
  6. Maintain continuous work; 180-day gaps between inspections will cause permit to expire
