Permits required for all new construction in unincorporated Lake County, including structural changes, plumbing installations or alterations, mechanical (HVAC) installations or alterations, electrical installations or alterations, new buildings or structures (including sheds >200 sq ft, carports, garages), decks and elevated structures >30 inches above grade, demolition work, and land use/zoning changes.
