The Division of Buildings + Inspections issues building permits for all unincorporated areas of Hamilton County. A zoning certificate from the applicable local zoning authority is required before a building permit application can be submitted. Electrical inspections are conducted by Inspection Bureau, Inc. As of February 18, 2025, all permitting is fully digital through CAGIS ezTrak.

Application Process
