The county states a building permit is required for any structure with a cost or estimated value of $1,000.

Required Documents

  • Deed, septic permit, site plan, building plans, bedroom count, and current tax receipt.
Permit validity
Every permit has an 18 month limitation. Work must be completed within 18 months or the permit must be renewed for one year at a cost of $50.
