Application Process
- Download Building Permit Application form from City of Arco website or obtain from City Hall.
- Complete the Building Permit Application form and prepare two (2) copies of all construction documents.
- Include plot plan showing building location on property, architectural plans, structural details, mechanical/electrical layouts as applicable.
- Submit filled form in person at City Hall (302 W. Grand Ave) or mail to P.O. Box 196, Arco, ID 83213.
- City planning and building staff review application for code compliance and zoning conformance.
- Upon approval and payment of applicable fees, permit is issued.
- Two copies of permit provided (one for city file, one for job site).
- Permit must be displayed at job site at all times during construction.
