Permit validity

Permits become null and void if work does not commence within 180 days of issuance. A required inspection must occur within 180 days or the job is considered abandoned and the permit becomes void.

Fees

Plan check fee

Residential plan review is $50 up to $250,000, then $50 plus 0.00025 of cost over $250,000. Commercial plan review is $400 up to $250,000, then increases by project value with tiers above $2,000,000.

$50 first trip not ready, $100 second trip, $200 third trip
