Additions, remodels and repair, new single-family residences, new multi-family residences, new commercial work, civil site plans, electrical, fire sprinklers, HVAC, plumbing, signs, accessory structures or decks, cell towers, swimming pools, solar panels, office trailers, and demolition. Projects valued at $0 to $99 require a permit with no fee.

The owner accepts contractor responsibility and must hire properly licensed contractors for subcontracted work.
