Application Process

  1. Download the applicable Eastman form from the city forms page.
  2. Complete the permit form with owner, address, use, square footage, and contractor information.
  3. Attach the required support documents. For the building-permit form these are full plans, site plans if required, deed, and plat. If sewer is unavailable, attach the approved septic tank permit.
