  2. Simple work such as wood stoves, gas lines, new heating and cooling units, and most plumbing may require little or no plan package.
  3. More complex work such as new buildings, remodels, and additions requires two complete sets of construction plans.
  4. The Building Division and Planning Division review the submittal for completeness, zoning, setbacks, and code compliance.
  5. Once approved, the county notifies the applicant that the permit is ready to issue and provides the fee amount.
  6. Fees must be paid before permit issuance.
